  • Point of Sale (POS) systems

  • Retail analytics and reporting

  • Compliance and regulatory integrations

  • APIs and third-party integrations

  • Mobile applications

  • eCommerce and menu platforms

Our services are provided primarily to licensed businesses and organizations operating in regulated industries.

 

3. Account Registration

To use certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Seed & Beyond is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the software

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

  • Use the platform for fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

 

5. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all data entered into the Seed & Beyond platform (“Customer Data”).

By using our services, customers grant Seed & Beyond permission to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Seed & Beyond will not access or use Customer Data except as necessary to:

  • Provide the services

  • Maintain system functionality

  • Provide support

  • Comply with legal obligations

 

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party systems including but not limited to:

  • Regulatory compliance systems

  • Payment providers

  • Accounting platforms

  • inventory management systems

  • eCommerce platforms

Seed & Beyond is not responsible for the operation, policies, or practices of third-party services.

 

7. Fees and Payment

Certain services require payment of subscription or usage fees.

Customers agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Maintain valid payment methods

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Seed & Beyond platform, including:

  • software

  • design

  • logos

  • content

  • documentation

remain the exclusive property of Nine Boards, LLC.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during the subscription period.

 

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance

  • updates

  • infrastructure issues

  • third-party service outages

Seed & Beyond is not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

 

10. Data Security

Seed & Beyond implements industry-standard safeguards to protect data.

However, no system can guarantee complete security.

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and appropriate internal security controls.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed & Beyond shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of profits or revenue

  • business interruption

  • loss of data

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services during the previous 12 months.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • required payments are not made

  • services are used unlawfully

  • continuation of service presents security or legal risks

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked and customer data may be deleted according to applicable agreements.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
